Reading taken from Matthew 4:1-11 (Have it read to you) and Ephesians 6:10-20 (Have it read to you)
This new series is looking at the Armour of God – it is a natural follow on from the previous series REPURPOSE and especially the ‘guardrails’ that we considered.
This is the final week ans as we draw everything together, we consider the final piece armour mentioned which is the Sword of the Spirit – As someone complete in all aspects of truth, and righteousness, with faith in the gospel and working our salvation out – we can stand firm and take down the ‘Father of Lies’ – defeating his schemes to rob us of our relationship with God and each other, as well as our eternal hope. Stand firm in this armour, read the word, meditate on it and act upon it!
